Return & Refund Policy
At velphé, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used lip products.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.

Shipping costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
